Acceptance of Risk

While every effort is made to minimise risks it is a necessary part of modern adventure tour operations to ensure that participants are made fully aware and accept the inherent risk involved in undertaking activities in the outdoors. We therefore ask you to please read the following document carefully and understand it thoroughly before signing.

To ALL4 // All Terrain Tours and the various Land Management Authorities who grant the licence to operate this adventure trip being the Licensor. I declare the answers on this booking form are correct and that I have not withheld any information or material in determining my ability to participate in my proposed adventure trip. In consideration of ALL4 accepting my application for the adventure trip I agree to this release of claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risks (collectively this agreement).

I waive any and all claims I may now and in the future have against and release from all liability and agree not to sue ALL4, its offices, employees, guides, agents or representatives (collectively its staff) or the Licensor for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in my adventure trip with ALL4, its Licensor or the staff. I am aware that the adventure trip, in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent has certain additional dangers and risks some of which may include physical injury resulting from a loss of control of a vehicle under my control, physical exertion for which I may not be prepared, remoteness to normal medical services, evacuation difficulties if I am disabled.

I accept all the inherent risks of the proposed adventure trip and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, or loss resulting there from. I acknowledge the enjoyment and excitement of adventure travel is derived in part from inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or at work and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my participation. I agree that if I suffer injury or illness ALL4 may at my cost arrange medical treatment and medical evacuation service as ALL4 deems essential to my or the groups safety. In entering into this agreement, I am not relying on any oral, written or visual representations or statements by ALL4 or its staff or any other inducement or coercion to go on the adventure trip hence only of my free will.

I confirm I am over 18 (eighteen) years and that if undertaking an ATV tour as a vehicle operator I have a valid drivers licence. I have read and understood this agreement prior to signing it and agree that this agreement will be binding upon me my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors. I agree that this agreement shall be governed in all respects by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Australia.
